CoreHealth Wellness Center

Billing

Transparent pricing. No surprises.

We handle insurance and payment simply: accept most plans for reimbursement, no surprise billing, and clear pricing before any visit.

What we accept

Insurance & HSA / FSA

We are typically out-of-network with most major insurance plans. This allows us to maintain premium care standards without the overhead of in-network contracts. You pay at visit, we provide a detailed superbill, and you submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. Most plans cover 40–70% of our fees. We also accept HSA and FSA cards directly — chiropractic care qualifies as an eligible medical expense under both.

What we don't do

We don't guarantee reimbursement.

Every insurance plan is different. Coverage limits, deductibles, and reimbursement rates vary widely. Before your first visit, call your insurance to confirm your out-of-network benefits — ask about deductibles, reimbursement percentage, and annual limits. We can help explain our services, but your plan's coverage is ultimately their decision. We do not bill your insurance directly (in-network), so you'll handle the reimbursement claim.

Credit cards & cash

All major payment methods accepted.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept bank transfers and cash. No payment is required at time of service — we bill after treatment. No auto-pay or enrollment required. You pay only for the visits you actually attend.

Auto accident & PI liens

Medical liens for accident cases.

If you were injured in a car accident or have a personal injury claim, we accept medical liens. We work directly with your attorney, document your care, and submit a lien against your settlement. You pay nothing out-of-pocket — your attorney handles reimbursement once your case settles. Just let us know when you book.

How superbills work

We document. You submit.

After each visit, we generate an itemized superbill showing your diagnosis, treatment codes, date, and what you paid. This document is what out-of-network insurance plans need to process a reimbursement claim.

You submit the superbill to your insurance along with a claim form (they provide it). Your insurance then determines what they cover — typically a percentage of our fees, after your deductible.

The reimbursement goes directly to you. There's no negotiation on our end — we don't have an in-network contract that sets our rates. We charge standard rates, we document it clearly, and your insurance decides what they reimburse.

Typical reimbursement flow:

  1. 1.Visit CoreHealth, receive treatment.
  2. 2.We email you an itemized superbill after your visit.
  3. 3.You submit the superbill to your insurance with a claim form.
  4. 4.Insurance reviews and sends you reimbursement (if covered).
  5. 5.You pocket the reimbursement — no middleman.
