Please do not share Protected Health Information (PHI) through the website. The booking form is not a substitute for a private patient portal. If you need to share clinical detail, call us at (214) 219-3300 or wait until your visit.

- Hosting and email. The site is hosted on Vercel and our email runs through Google Workspace.
- Service providers who help us operate the practice, bound by confidentiality.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of patients, staff, or others.

- You can ask us to correct or delete information.
- You can opt out of non-clinical email at any time.
